Rudolf Bonn

Rudolf Bonn has been working as a lawyer since 1983. He advises and represents (also at court proceedings) in civil law, company law, real property law and tax law. The focus of his legal activities lies on business transactions (also post M&A disputes), providing advice and representation in the field of company law as well as for managing directors and board members and legal conflicts with the German tax authorities (tax audits, opposition and tax court proceedings, penal proceedings for tax fraud and other tax offenses).

He is admitted as a specialist lawyer for tax law and is also a German certified auditor (Wirtschaftsprüfer).

Rudolf Bonn studied law at the University of Frankfurt/Main. After his legal traineeship he initially worked for two law firms specialising in business law. Subsequently, from 1990 until 2011 he was partner at a large international accounting and tax consultancy firm in the Legal and Tax department, with regular cross border activities. During this time, another focus was the civil and tax law advice and representation of non-profit organizations (both national and international) and professional associations.

Rudolf Bonn advises in German and English.
